Today I improvised some pasta with ingredients I had at home. I really liked the taste, so I decided to write the recipe down.
- 250g spaghetti
- 450g cherry tomatoes (cut into three pieces each)
- 4 small onions (cut into rings)
- 8-10 dried kaffir lime leaves
- Olive oil
- Red chili
Cook the spaghetti.
Remove the midveins of the lime leaves, crush them in your hand and heat them up in olive oil on low heat for a few minutes, until the lime aroma develops. Add the onions and tomatoes and fry for a few minutes. Add salt and chili according to taste.
Mix with the spaghetti. Enjoy!
